Marketplace Operations & Account Guide
This page explains where each marketplace function opens and what a user should expect after clicking it.
Seller account
Complete the seller business profile and KYC, wait for approval, then manage products, orders and settlement statements from Seller Center.
Franchise account
Use the separate franchise application and dashboard so franchise operations remain distinct from buyer and seller accounts.
B2B / Bulk
Use Bulk B2B for larger procurement requirements, commercial quantities, destination details and supplier coordination rather than normal retail checkout.
Order fulfilment
Admin order controls synchronize order, payment and shipment status. Courier and tracking details become visible against the buyer order.
Search & SEO
Approved products, herbs and active manufacturers use crawlable URLs, sitemap entries, canonical tags and structured metadata.
